Behind the birth of this masterpiece—which completely shatters the conventional wisdom of bottle retention in all outdoor activities—lies a passionate drama with a top-tier hiker.

The development began two years ago with a single request from Mr. Daisuke Katano, a finisher of the TJAR (Trans Japan Alps Race) 2018 and an ambassador for Yamatomichi. His request was to create an external bottle holder that attaches to a backpack. While the developer initially declined politely, they were ultimately moved by Mr. Katano’s repeated and enthusiastic pleas: "Extend a helping hand to bottle holder refugees!" With that, the project was finally set in motion.

Engineered with the expectation that it would be used by TJAR warriors battling through extreme conditions, the design was meticulously calculated. Reflecting severe, real-world feedback from Mr. Katano, uncompromising prototyping was repeated over and over. This sheer determination gave birth to a bottle holder boasting unprecedented, overwhelming stability—virtually eliminating any sway despite being an external attachment.

This product, which brilliantly achieves the highest standards of durability, functionality, and lightweight performance, is the ultimate crystallization of Mr. Katano's uncompromising passion. To express deep respect and gratitude, the developer named this innovative gear "Dustin," after Mr. Katano's affectionate nickname.
