■ Features
-
Emergency Bivouac in Severe Weather & Steep Terrain: Transition to a safe bivouac stance in seconds without taking off your crampons—ideal for sudden weather drops or high-risk slopes where removing gear isn't an option.
-
Mountain Rescue & Emergency Care: Drape instantly over casualties or rescuers to reliably shield them from wind and rain while significantly reducing the risk of hypothermia.
-
Cold-Weather Photography & Long Waits: Serves as a windproof, insulating cover for photographers holding out for the perfect shot in winter mountains or extreme cold, drastically minimizing physical exhaustion.
-
Superior Comfort and Setup Speed Over Traditional Shelters: Featuring lightweight waterproof-breathable fabric and full seam sealing, it allows you to quickly set up a much more comfortable living space than traditional emergency shelters (tselt), without compromising on lightness or compactness.
-
Lighter Fabric with Upgraded Strength: Made with premium Japanese 10D high-tenacity, ultra-thin nylon mini-ripstop, it achieves a lighter weight than previous models while successfully increasing tear strength.
-
Dramatically Improved Waterproof & Breathable Performance: Thanks to a domestically processed, specialized PU coating, comfort has reached new heights. Water resistance is 1.5 times higher at 1,230 mm (JIS L 1092 A method), and breathability is 1.9 times greater at 367 g/m²/h (JIS L 1099 A-1 method) compared to the older model.
-
Meticulous, Millimeter-Scale Weight Savings: The seam tape has been narrowed from 20 mm to 15 mm. Though requiring highly advanced and precise sealing techniques, this design choice pursues maximum weight reduction down to the very millimeter.

-
High-Tenacity, Ultra-Thin Fabric Made in Japan: The panels and sleeves utilize a 10D, exceptionally thin yet durable Japanese-made material.
-
Significantly Upgraded Waterproof & Breathable Performance: Thanks to a domestically processed, specialized waterproof-breathable PU coating, water resistance has increased by approximately 1.5 times and breathability by about 1.9 times compared to previous models.
-
Further Reduced Condensation: By giving the panel fabric itself inherent air permeability, condensation inside the shelter is effectively minimized.
-
Perfect Balance of Lightweight and Strength: Utilizing specialized high-strength yarns enhances tear strength while achieving an even lighter overall weight.
■ Attention
The CROSSOVER DOME is designed for a completely different purpose than standard tents. As a dome-shaped shelter (tselt) that prioritizes ultra-lightweight and compact design above all else, it offers only minimal structural strength and weather protection. Please ensure you fully understand the risks involved in using such an extremely lightweight piece of gear.
-
NO OPEN FLAMES: The use of firearms, stoves, or open flames inside the shelter is strictly prohibited.
-
VENTILATION: Always keep the vents open to ensure proper ventilation during a bivouac.
