• Microwave for Defrosting Only: Do not use for heating or cooking; use only for defrosting.

• Fill Up to 80% Capacity: Overfilling or putting sharp objects inside may cause the bag to tear. Keep contents under 80% full for storage.

• Beware of Leaks: Do not use as a container to carry liquids. When storing liquids horizontally or defrosting them, place a tray underneath to prevent potential leaks.

• Open the Zipper Partially: Always open a portion of the zipper before you begin defrosting.
